What areas do you service?
We provide our services across Saudi Arabia through our logistics partners. In case you are in Jeddah or Riyadh, you may drop off your items at our partners at Green Earth Lux.
What are you located?
We do not have a physical location and operate online offering our services across Saudi Arabia with the help of our logistics partners. Our leather experts work from a back office in Jeddah.
Are there any Special Offers?
We do bring special discounts and offers for our beloved customers often. For example, we offer 10% Welcome Discount for first time order. We also offer a referral discount where our customer and their family/friends both can enjoy a 20% discount on their orders. How long does a service take?
This depends on multiple factors such as the extent of work involved, the service that needs to be done as well as availability of any special material that may be needed. For example, express cleaning can be done within a week while an extensive repair/recolor work may take around a month.
What if my item is not possible to clean or involves a high risk of damage?
Some items are impossible to clean/re-color/repair as they may involve a high risk of damage. In these cases, our team notifies you. In case you still insist on servicing them, the full risk of damage is taken by you and the specific items are not covered under any insurance or damage refund policy. If you choose to cancel the order, you may do so & we send your item back to you.
Will my shoe/handbag be restored as good as new?
Leather cleaning and repairs depend on a wide range of factors such as the leather type, the extent of use, the nature of damage/stain. Surely, the items are NOT restored to a new condition. However, there is a clear & vivid change before and after our service and we do archive the before and after pictures of leather goods as a reference.
